Your blog is full of fantastic comments, advice and tips, Sarah – well done!
I am going to see if we can get some comments on here from others who do your sport – that would be ideal!
When watching synchronised swimming it looks so effortless but now I know how much work goes into it! I have a few questions for you. How long can you hold your breath for? Do you wear a clip to stop water going up your nose? Do you get water in your ears? Does the music sound funny underwater? Also do you keep your eyes open all the time you are underwater and if so, does the chlorine sting after a while? Hope you can let me know!
Wow, what an amazing sport. Loved watching it at the Olympics and I have learned a lot from your blog. Great pictures and video too! Well done Sarah! It looks really tricky, impressive work!
Your blog is fascinating, we have all enjoyed reading about your sport and seeing your pictures, they are great and we loved the video. We are learning more and more about something we knew very little about, Macy things its very clever and I’m sure she would love to try it out too now.

Loved the video – pleased that the gym mat (Christmas present) is being used so much. Hope I can come swimming with you soon and then you can show me in the water. I am realising more and more how much is involved with synchronised swimming.
Help for some reason we can’t seem to click on anything , Madison just wanted to blog that she loved paul Cookson and his fart poems and his hand signs !!! Eg “whatever ” loser !! Etc brilliant
If Madi would like to start her own blog posts, just like Sarah and co, then she will need her own J2e account, which we can sort out. I the meantime, she can leave a comment, just like you have here! I will be posting some photos from his visit soon, so Madi can comment on that, too. I am delighted she had such a good time…
I think that Sarah needs to train us all in these moves the next time we go to the pool. Especially looking forward to completing the bucket move myself.
Hi Sarah we can’t view your video but the information on your blog entry is very interesting. You must be an excellent swimmer! We would love to come and see you perform your synchronised swimming one day!
