Sarah – a wonderful post, full of detail and enjoyment! I, too, really enjoyed seeing those animals.
I love your paragraphs to show the different sections of your writing and you have added some brillaint facts, such as the milk! Now, how did you feel about seeing all those chicks in there? I wasn’t too sure, as I was a little worried that they would grow and become a bit cramped for space…
I like your work Sarah you have put lots of effort in it . I hope to see more blogs from you because they are excellent. You have done lots of work on them … like your work.
I learnt a lot from this about your day – sounds like it was great fun and that you learnt a lot too. I like your surprising facts a lot. I was thinking about how lucky you were to find a four leaf clover a few weekends ago!
Sarah, I really enjoyed reading this – it is so entertaining and informative. I liked hearing about the cows having their ear pierced and the fact that you can make maltesers from oats. It sounds as though it was an interesting trip, both educational and fun. A great piece of writing.
Your blog reminds me of the time we went to a farm from school. It would have been about 1953 the year of the coronation. It was not as interesting as your trip although I do remember being fascinated by the milking machines for milking the cows which were very modern for the time. I expect one of the old tractors was similar to the type I saw.
Great explanation of what sounds a wonderful trip.
I love this! I learnt from this too… Lots of great facts and information. Brilliant 🙂

Thanks Mr G, I like it if chicks can walk around outside, so we buy free range eggs so they can go outside. I think it is nicer for the chicks.
